Dr. Frank B. Hatch, DC, FIACA is the clinical director at Array Medical Center in Surprise, in Surprise Arizona. He leads a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about assisting and providing support to their patients in gaining knowledge and making necessary lifestyle changes to achieve pain relief, increase mobility and overall health and wellness.
Dr. Hatch has been in private practice since 1994. He is a fourth generation native Arizonan and is happily married to his amazing wife, Mary Lou, for over 30 years. They have 6 children and 4 grandchildren. Dr. Hatch enjoys various outdoor activities and spending time with his family. He is very active in various service activities, leadership, and civic organizations, and is dedicated to helping change the healthcare in his community for the better.

Bobby Wolfe
Prior to coming to AMCS, he worked as a nurse practitioner in a primary care facility in Phoenix. He also worked as an RN at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix. He grew up in a small town of Muscatine, Iowa and like all good Iowans enjoys family, fishing and watching Hawkeye football. He and his wife have 4 children and when they are not busy making messes, they all love to camp, exercise, do obstacle course races and of course, Netflix together. He is excited to be part of such a wonderful community and amazing wellness team of people at AMCS. He is committed to be there every step of the way for his patients as they reach their health and wellness goals.

Jacob Healey D.C.
,Dr. Healey has done additional studies earning the designation Certified Chiropractic Extremity Practitioner (CCEP) to better assess and treat problems present in the upper and lower extremities and Certified Functional Medicine Provider (CFMP) to help patients with nutritional approach to supporting their health.
Dr. Jacob Healey graduated from the Arizona State University in 2001 and then from the prestigious Palmer College of Chiropractic in Davenport Iowa, making the Dean’s list 5 separate times. Dr. Healey has spent countless hours traveling the county and attending seminars in post-graduate training. He focuses on functional medicine, nutrition, extremity adjustments, exercise rehabilitation, new techniques, and the treatment of patient populations with special needs. Dr. Healy knows first-hand how powerful these treatments are, he suffered a shoulder injury that resulted in a chronic neck condition that was resolved completely through chiropractic care.

“Chiropractic care is about finding out where the body isn’t working right and correcting the problem. Resolving the problem lets the body move the way it is supposed to. When correct movement is restored, the body can begin to heal without invasive surgery or the side effects of drugs. The results of chiropractic care can be amazing and life altering.
After years in practice and extensive study, I realize that a patient must be invested in their own health to get the superior results that people have come to expect. The most important thing I can do after helping people get healthy and pain-free is to empower each patient by giving them the skills and awareness needed to keep themselves healthy and moving properly for a lifetime!
