Chronic Pain Surprise AZ Chiropractor Frank B. HatchDr. Frank B. Hatch, DC, FIACA is the clinical director at Array Medical Center in Surprise, Arizona. He leads a team of dedicated professionals who are passionate about assisting and providing support to their patients in gaining knowledge and making necessary lifestyle changes to achieve pain relief, increase mobility and overall health and wellness.

Dr. Hatch has been in private practice since 1994. He is a fourth generation native Arizonan and is happily married to his amazing wife, Mary Lou, for over 30 years. They have 6 children and 4 grandchildren. Dr. Hatch enjoys various outdoor activities and spending time with his family. He is very active in various service activities, leadership, and civic organizations, and is dedicated to helping change the healthcare in his community for the better.

Chiropractor James Bisko D.C.

Chronic Pain Surprise AZ Chiropractor James BiskoDr. James Bisko is a native of Pittsburgh, PA. He attended Edinboro University of Pennsylvania where he received his Bachelor of Science Degree in Health and Physical Education. He played football and baseball in high school and at a college level. He discovered Chiropractic care while being treated for a sports injury. Chiropractic has been a part of his life ever since.

Dr. Bisko attended Logan College of Chiropractic in St. Louis, Missouri where he received his Doctor of Chiropractic Degree. He is also certified in the Cox Flexion Distraction Technique, a special chiropractic technique used to treat low back pain. He has over 20 years of experience in treating sports injuries, personal injuries, auto accidents, workman’s compensation and treating all types of back pain, neck pain and other muscular skeletal injuries.

He is a Board Certified Chiropractic Physician licensed to treat patients in Arizona, Pennsylvania, and South Carolina.

Dr. Bisko enjoys being active in his community and likes giving back. He has been involved with several nonprofit organizations including the Food Bank, Lion’s Club, Toys for Tots and the Leukemia Society. Dr. Bisko resides in Surprise, AZ with his wife and two children.


Robert Galey, FNP-C

Chronic Pain Surprise AZ Chiropractor Robert GaleyRobert grew up in Central Illinois. He played football, basketball, and baseball and graduated from Tuscola High School in 1972. He then attended and graduated from Parkland College in Champaign, Illinois in 1974 with an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology. After practicing radiology for several years, he then attended and graduated from Lakeview School of Nursing in Danville, Illinois in 1980. He spent the next several years as a Charge Nurse for the Regional Trauma Center in Lakeview Medical Center in that same City.

In 1992 Robert Graduated from Lakeview College of Nursing in Danville, Illinois with his Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree and went on to receive his Master’s degree in 1996 from the College of Saint Francis, Joliet, Illinois in Hospital Services Administration.

During many of the following years, Robert acted as director of emergency services for large, high volume/acute emergency departments across the country and also served as a nation-wide consultant for emergency department throughput and process.

Robert then attended and graduated from Chamberlain College of Nursing’s Family Nurse Practitioner program and obtained his second Master’s degree in Nursing in 2016.

Robert is currently Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the state of Arizona and is fully licensed to practice family medicine in this state. As such, he has spent his time in family medicine and urgent care for the population in Phoenix, AZ.

Robert is married to Tammy who is the Branch Manager for Canon and Cochran Management Services, a national third-party administrator for Workman’s compensation insurance in Scottsdale. Together they have three children, Justin who works as a scientist for Pfizer Corporation in Portage Michigan, Tanya, a workman’s compensation claims representative in Scottsdale and Shannon, a Registered Nurse in Tampa, Florida. Robert lives with his wife Tammy in Cave Creek, AZ and has 7 grandchildren.

For relaxation, Robert and Tammy play golf, are very active in their church, like to read, watch movies and spend time vacationing with their grandchildren.
